Job Description: A top 250 FTSE Company has an exciting opportunity for a PA supporting an Area Manager. As a PA you will be responsible for providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the Area Manager. The position is for a total of 40 hours per week, 8.30-5.30pm. The successful candidate will have responsibility for organising the Manager’s diary and schedule of visits, including e-mail scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met for all requests of information, organising all relevant meetings and ad-hoc administrative duties. The successful candidate will need to be well organised, highly motivated, have strong administrative skills and have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels. It is essential that the post-holder has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment, including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
